One cannot tour a city’s food culture without indulging in the sweeter side of things as well. Boston is a great city for their full-blown meals and dinners. But the sweets and treats that Beantown has to offer is just as mouth-watering as anything else.
I have always wanted to visit a country during one of their national holidays. Normally my vacations have never really lined up that perfect. Luckily on August 20th I was able to celebrate St. Stephen’s Day in Budapest.
To say that Venice is a romantic city is as obvious as saying Athens is a great city to see old architecture. So it’s clear I’m not mentioning anything new here. However I believe cities that live up to their hype should continue to be hyped.
I remember the first time I saw a photo of Plitvice Lakes National Park. An image of waterfalls spilling over a tree covered canyon forming turquoise pools below. It that looked too unreal to be from this planet.
One week in Chinatown Boston would not be enough time to experience all their great restaurants. I would still like to give it another try someday.
